We handcraft each mallet because we still believe the game of polo is an art form. We take pride in every mallet we create. As we work on the heads and apply the paint, we have multiple opportunities to inspect each piece. The heads receive several layers of paint, and if we notice any imperfections, we take the time to correct them before moving forward.
In addition, we apply approximately five coats of clear finish to help protect the paint and enhance durability. These coats are applied over several stages, and each time we return to the mallet, we carefully inspect it for blemishes, imperfections, or areas that need additional attention. This process allows us to ensure that every mallet meets our quality standards before it leaves our workshop.
You can see from the finished heads that these mallets are a form of artwork. They are not simply products rolling off an assembly line. We are a GoodWorks startup that began with less than $500 and a simple question: Can you build a company that creates quality products while doing meaningful good in the world? That is exactly what we are working toward.Because of that mission, we want every mallet we send out to be something our customers are proud to own. We want people to look at it and say, "Wow, that's a really nice mallet." Most importantly, we want our customers to be happy with what they receive.
Beyond craftsmanship, we are also committed to giving back. Our original goal was to donate 50% of our revenue to charitable causes. In the first quarter of 2026, we actually donated approximately 70%, putting us ahead of our target and allowing us to help even more people.
Thank you again for your support. Every purchase helps us continue creating quality handcrafted mallets while making a positive impact in our communities.
